Terrible customer service. Corner the market and forget having to return complaints.

My fiance and I went into the Walgreens on Quebec and County Line today in Englewood, CO. They were very rude to us and because he had had a disagreement with the pharmacist that was on shift today, in the past (handled civilly, no curse words, and not in front of any other patrons), she denied him his request. In the past he had requested an early refill, and even though he had had none before, and his DOCTOR AUTHORIZED IT, she said no. I was there both at the aforementioned occasion, and again today. He didn't even want to fill a script today. He simply asked , they were able to print a list of all of the medication and the prices, that he had purchased in 2014, for tax purposes. She looked right at him, and in a a very rude tone, said no. He asked nicely if he could speak with a supervisor. She said nothing but got on the phone, so we thought she was sending someone out. Instead, 3 employees (not her, and all male), forced him out of the building. He didn't even raise his voice, or resist. As anyone can imagine, I was in shock. I asked what on earth he did to deserve that and she told me to leave. What customer service! We will NEVER be shopping there again, and that's unfortunate because we have had pretty good luck and kindness with them in the past. Well actually, I quit them for Rite Aid a long time ago, and only went with him.

There’s only one word for Mississippi and Peoria (Pharmacy)nn( Unefficient) this store has a different rule every month.. if your Doctor gives you a Prescription with a date on ... NO Problem the 3 rd at 540 am I drop it off I advise the pharmacy tech that I would be back around 630am before I leave for work he advised me that he’s not going to fill it until after 8 o’clock this morning because that’s when today’s business starts at 8 o’clock and I said isn’t this a 24 hour store so if I give you a prescription at 5:40am and I’m telling you I’m coming back at 6:30 it shouldn’t be a problem because the prescription was most definitely dated for the third and the third is anytime after 12:01amnI have been going there for 15 years ..(CHAD )has a big problem with his graveyard shift doing his work I wonder if he is USEING there medicine.. I will be waiting to make a call to the headquarters to see this NEW RULES.... this store as always had a BAD TEAM OF REJECTS ... From this ‭morning fourth I will be looking for a new store or having my stuff all transferred to Walmart it’s cheaper...
