I knew something was different when I had just started and the owner of the company came in the room and talked about how he took a bribe in order to not fight something on the ballot. Since then there are people that have stolen money or faked data or just plain claimed that they can’t be fired because they’re the owners son. I was let go for no reason but “I didn’t fit with the values of the company moving forward”.nThis is a good place to work if you need some money, but if you’re a democrat I’d stay away. These people are more focused on money than politics.

Working here off and on over the years, I've noticed that management doesn't really care about their employees. I regularly saw management drinking on the job, other people would smoke pot before, during, and after being on the clock. Also, good luck maintaining a normal schedule or getting the overtime pay you deserve.

I was working for RMVO in Las Vegas. This organization is sending underage girls to dangerous areas of town alone. Last night, several of our canvassers were threatened. Neighbors were warning us that we needed to leave the neighborhood. One women almost got attacked. Another almost got kidnapped. I had a couple gentleman smoking meth trying to lure me into their apartment. Something needs to be done about the way this operation is running. After we reported what happened, we were told to go back out and keep working. These parts of town hold transient people. 1/3 of the addresses on our lists don't exist because these people don't want to be found. Most won't open their doors because of illegal activities going on inside, and a good portion have moved. These areas need to be reviewed before sending canvassers out alone. This is atrocious and completely unacceptable. Do something about it before you have a lawsuit.
