Knowledgeable, friendly. It was the last day that they were open for business due to the pandemic closures. They had a good process for keeping people safe, distancing and did their best to get people in and out.
Unbelievably good experience. I arrived an hour after they opened, waited in line for roughly 5 minutes, renewed my registration, and walked out the door. The entire process took no more than 10 minutes. The staff was polite and courteous and answered questions, keeping the line moving and socially distanced. Whether this is the norm here or just a fluke, this was by far the best government interaction I've ever had.
This is great location DMV. But the staff is trash. Everyone of them need to be educated on how to do his/her job and customer service. Very rude and disrespectful staff. Especially the previous manager Roxanne and Stephanie rude and totally disrespectful. The only good person in that place is the security guard. This place needs to be shut down if it is not going to change the quality of its customer service.
Arrived early with a self incurred dilemma in fear this could be a horrible wreck I created. Worked with Brannon who was very kind, helpful and able to assist me completely with my problem. Thank you to Brannon and all the staff monitoring the entry, requesting that all in line had proper documents and at a facility capable of tendering the services necessary, incredibly efficient service.
This is the worst DMV experience ever. I've been in 3 times now to get plates for a car I bought out of stat. I get a different story each time and the staff are rude and unhelpful. I now have to return a 4th time. The gentleman next to me experienced the same. He asked for a manager as did I. We both informed the manager that the associates had been rude and unhelpful. She also was not helpful and when he left they laughed and made jokes. Total disrespect.i will go to a different office next time. I will add that the security guard is sympathetic and kind.
