Can never find packages, mail man doesn’t even try to deliver them, sends out notices that the package was undeliverable even before delivering the mail-obviously no attempt was even made and then the PO can never find them.
Not helpful and a waste of a trip. They were actually out of stamps and envelopes? They do realize the whole point of their existence is mail right?
Every single time I call them I brings me to a machine and I never talk to a human being. My shipping problem is still not resolved.
I have had nothing but excellent experiences at this USPS location. The staff is helpful, courteous and kind. If there are lines, as there can be, they move rather quickly. I go out of my way to frequent this location and am glad I do.
The passport desk is very ambiguous and unclear and the attendant working that part of the office is a jerk. If you ask any question, he acts as if any citizen should KNOW what he does. The postal service is goingthe way of the dinosaur and workers like this should be fired if they don’t want to serve the public with a smile.
