With hand washing be considered one of the best ways to protect yourself against viruses, the fact that this business sells food and offers no access to wash hands is completely unacceptable. Was going to get items from here to eat but if I cant wash my hands before eating I will take my business elsewhere.

The prices are always competitive, the area is kept clean, the selection of snacks is large and they even have refrigerated and frozen goods. The staff members are friendly and offer polite and interesting conversation.

Frequently, as an Uber driver who’s always in a hurry, I pass by the Gas Station/Convenience store combo when it’s a National brand gas housing the mom&pop kind of convenience store. However today I happened into this store and couldn’t be more impressed. I entered and immediately began looking for coffee. No sooner had I poured some from an fairly impressive machine, moved my cup to open counter to put the lid on and then proceeded to drop my cup. I got lucky. Though the cup landed lid side down it didn't come off. Some coffee spilled onto the floor from the mouthpiece but I was quick and picked it up before the entire cup spilled out. Acting quickly I asked Jake behind the counter if I could use a nearby rag he said yes boss. I cleaned up my spill and dried the wet area on the floor and went on to look for some food. Making my selection I headed to the cash register to pay. Jake notice I cleaned up my mess and gave me my coffee for free. I've made similar efforts at the big name stores to clean up after myself but it's only here where I made a mess that I’d receive recognition for my efforts to be a good person in every way I can. I would have gladly accepted just a thank you me and still written a review like this. However, today I met Jake at the DU Conoco and I walk out better than I was when I arrived and that's a good thing.
