Perfect Teeth

I went in for two crowns that I needed replaced that had fallen off. They took impressions, made the crowns and I came back to have them put on.nnThe problem is they drilled both of my teeth down substantially in order to put the crown on and their explanation didn’t make sense as to why but something along the lines of we have to.nnAfter drilling into the second tooth to a point of no return they said “well, there’s not enough tooth for us to mount the crown to so you’ll have to get that pulled and get an implant.” Why did they wait until now to mention this to me? This was the first time this was ever brought to my attention, up until now I was under the impression I was going to get a crown. No potential issues were ever presented or explained. They just started drilling, and once my tooth was destroyed basically said “oops, now need to get that pulled”, even though they had never mentioned to me that this might be a problem.nnThis is why people don’t trust dentists and I would say go someplace else. Needless to say I’ll be finding someplace else to put in an implant.

I transferred from a different perfect teeth and I sure am glad I did. Unfortunately I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time but they took good care of me. This was one of the best cleanings I've ever had and the dentist was awesome she spent time with me and spoke with me about my concerns.

Dr. K is great. Veronica is great. Adam and most of the hygienists are too. Last tooth cleaning I had maybe had an inexperience d hygienist but she kept rubbing my lower lip with the polisher. Don't even have those bottom teeth anymore. Spending a small fortune on dental work so you would think the customer service would have been better. Went to an appointment with my dental surgeon Dr. Olsen who is also great early in March after about a month sine the bottom teeth were removed. The temporary plate was beginning to slip around as expected when the gums shrink. So stopped at Glendale office since it was in way home to mayme drop off the plate for relining. I had been told I didn't need an appointment to do that just call that you would be coming in so they knew to expect me. Granted I just dropped in since it was on my way home but the front desk receptionist didn't check with anyone to see if they could see me but just insisted I needed an appointment. She had an opening the next morning for my tooth cleaning or to see the dentist about the loose plate but I would need an appointment for each I only have six teeth to clean right now but Iwas pretty ticked off she wouldn't even check to see if they could just send the plate for reline so haven't been back since. Was supposed to have a cleaning around March 28th but by then covid had its claws in everyone. Have been back many times now as if Nov 30 and I have to say they are the best. Have a dental project tha thas been ongoing for nearly a year because of the covid close down in between and I have to amend some of the negativity of previous review. They have all been great.

I have been a patient for several years and I feel like I am being given the best care! Everyone , from Dr.K to the Dental Hygenists and the support team in the front office are amazing, professional and friendly!

On June 28, second of my deep cleaning appointment was cancelled due to the hygienist calling in sick and the receptionist told me that he would call me back to reschedule the appointment later in the day. I have never received that call from him. WHEH I CALLED TWO WEEKS LATER, THEY SCHEDULED ME ON AUGUST 15TH.
