bought a pair a few years ago and loved them, went back to buy another pair that had to be ordered and they said it would be 3-4 weeks. its been 6 and still haven't received them. they assure me they will be here next week but can offer no additional discounts because i bought them during their annual sale. i like the product but don't like the service.
Best shoes made. Rockin’ my 5th pair now - first pair are 8+ years old and better today than when I first bought em. I’ve worked with Alex at this store, he’s the man!

One employee on a Saturday in a busy mall. Waited 15 minutes just to find out they don't have my size in anything, even the shoe they wanted me to try on to 'get a feel' for the shoe I wanted. Quality had been dropping since the corporate takeover, but damn.
The gentlemen working at this location are simply phenomenal. Highly professional and are always there to help. I had some issues where I couldn’t find the right size for a Park Avenue oxblood shoes and they worked with me very patiently (and respectfully) until the right shoe/size was found. Would HIGHLY recommend this place. The shoes are obviously top notch!
