Great foe clothes and gifts.
Horrible service and experience at the Creed counter. Two female sales associates working today were so rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. They were more interested in their own conversation.
Not exactly new to NM and the attitude, and I’ve tried to keep an open mind the few times I’ve been to this location, but this one has to be the worst I’ve ever been to. Salespeople were outwardly aggressive toward my family while we were looking at shoes. The quality of merchandise has been heading downhill for a while now, but this location has finally convinced me to stop trying. I can’t justify the prices versus the experience any longer. Avoid.
A store hit hard from the pandemic, still manages to make you feel special. There's plenty of staff eager to help and answer questions. This is a mark of a true luxury department store.
