I absolutely recommend this shop for anyone who wants honest work for a fair price. These guys were able to squeeze me in last minute for an Airlift suspension issue that I was having. They were able to diagnose the issue almost immediately and although because of the nature of the problem being a faulty suspension component from the factory, they were able to reassure me that my car was safe to drive for the time being while I deal with the warranty process. Could not be happier with the work and professionalism shown at this shop. Jordan the service manager is terrific!
I got an oil change which is what I went in for, however when I take my vehicle to other locations they will do a all point check, meaning change oil, check tire pressure, windshield wipers etc. This location does not/did not do that. I think that would provide a better customer experience.nnAfter my post I got a call from one of the Techs that serviced my vehicle and he confirmed that he completed all of the above. As a customer I greatly appreciate the fact they read their reviews and they took the time to give me a call to clear up any misunderstandings, thats a great Customer experience and very professional. I’ve changed my rating from a 3 to 5 stars.
Sam and Jordan are both incredibly professional. They are thorough and have great pricing. They work really fast as well which is nice so you don't have to go long stretches without your car! Would recommend!
Bought a Prius battery there. They were helpful and friendly. No problems with the service. However when I picked up the battery, the gent was not wearing a face covering when helping me, and we could only distance so much to transact the business. Please take the proper precautions.
Absolutely recommend this place! I came for wheel alignment which could not be completed because of the bad control arm. The guys ordered the part and replaced it the next day. The service was fast too!
