I've been on a search for a car, for a very long time and this is without a doubt one of the best if not the best dealership I've been to. It was hard for me to get a car through financing due to my age and the amount of time I've had credit. Most dealerships just denied me without really putting much effort into anything. However, this place kept trying to make everything work and to get me approved and in the end, they did. For Brook it was clear that there were other things important to him rather than just trying to sell a vehicle. He made communication, made us smile, made us laugh, talked about topics that we found interesting, he was very knowledgeable, and he took care of everything in no time. Very patient, very professional, great communication, great energy and positivity, and extremely friendly. I'm glad I found out about Michael Auto Sales because they really helped me take a big step and push me in the right direction. I walked out of there with a great deal and a great car. Anything that bothered me on the car or wasn't working properly, they were willing to fix for free, and they did. They replaced the windshield, one of the bearrings, and a shock within a day. The car also came with warranty. If I'm ever looking for a car in the future again, they will be the first place I go to. I came here after being scammed by a different mechanic. They took the time to talk me through everything that happened and made sure I understood what to do. They were genuinely kind. They did not charge me and instead just helped me. It's rare to experience that kind of kindness these days. Was very refreshing.
