Auto Shipping Group Inc. My Representative was Nicole Hancock.nThis lady is so professional & helpful. We had my granddaughters car shipped from California to Texas. She handled everything for me from start to finish. She answered all my questions & put my mind at ease. I've never used a car haul before so was a little nervous. She took her time & answered all my questions. My granddaughter & husband are military and expecting their first baby due anytime so we didn't want her to drive that far. She gave me a quote & pickup time. She was right on time with the pickup & delivery. She's the best. I will definitely use this company & Nicole again.. Also the quote never changed from what she told me. They are the best.

They were very transparent as to the process unlike other companies. Initially I booked with a different company, but it became clear that they were making promises that they could not necessarily keep, whereas from the beginning it was obvious that Nicole at ASG was being honest.

I worked with Nicole Hancock from Auto Shipping Group to have my Subaru Impreza shipped from Massachusettes to Oregon. Nicole was incredibly helpful and worked hard to ensure I was getting the lowest rate available with a reputable driver.nnWhen Nicole was not available, she made sure her colleagues were clued-in to where we left off, and made sure to follow up with me soon after.nnThe guys that picked up the car thoroughly looked every inch of the car, making detailed notes of every ding and scratch prior to shipment, and then again at delivery. There were no new scratches, blemishes, or any damage to the car whatsoever after the cross country voyage.nnI am very happy with my choice. I received quotes from a whole lot of other businesses, many of which did not stop calling me on my cell phone despite my request to be removed from their list. In an industry filled with annoying salespeople, Nicole stood out, was not pushy at all, and did an amazing job.
