I expected to get a good deal, but my expectations were exceeded. John Berry found the make and modeI I wanted at an astoundingly low price. He personally inspected the car to make sure it conformed to my standards. He had it inspected and serviced with synthetic motor oil, which I thought was over and above what he was obligated to do. He handled the transaction while I was out of town and coped with my anxious inquiries with courtesy and good humor. For a reasonable fee, he did a much better job than I could have done myself. I recommend his services to anyone looking to buy a car.

I contacted John at the recommendation of my cousin as I had a tricky situation -- I was coming back from a couple years in India and had a very small window in Denver to get a decent used mountain car before relocating to Crestone. My experience couldn't have been better. I was nervous about trying to buy a car sight unseen from abroad, but all along the way, my communications with John made it feel like I was being helped by an experienced friend. He really made an effort to understand exactly what I was looking for in what price range, and I found him to be totally honest and straightforward, with a welcome touch of good humor. John found me a low-mileage 2009 Kia Sportage that has everything I need, drives beautifully, and came in well under the budget ceiling I had mentioned, even with four new tires. John was fully prepared with all the paperwork in his office, and I was in my new car with virtually no effort on my part.nnNo hidden agendas, no hard sell, all the pros and cons honestly laid out, and a cheerful good heart.
