The first time I took my car here for repairs, things were fine. Recently took it there and it sat for 4 days. I received no phone calls letting me know what was going on. I was given excuses that they were going to look at it soon and never heard anything. I had to call them to find out what was going on. The car was in running condition when I took it in and I had to cancel appointments and other things whle they ignored it. I even got the excuse that they were busy shoveling snow and couldn't get to it. Extremely disappointed this time around and will NEVER go back because of this.
