Was going to get our 6 yr old ears pierced. The store associate wasnt very kid friendly or engaged with our daughter. The first thing she told my daughter was she could come back another day, instead of encouraging words. And she kept repeating it over and over. When she went to clean my daughter's ears, she didnt explain what she was doing and that really freaked her out. From then on she was very resistant to be touched by the associate. The store was packed with only the one worker. She seemed rushed. We chose to leave and not get the piercing done. Also price wasnt that great, $71. Glad we didnt pay it. We should have went to Silver Safari they only charge $40. Best part about the visit to Claire's in the Valley Mall is when we left.

My daughter loves this store. My only complaint is if you don't catch a deal then it can be pretty spendy for the cheap items they have. So usually when we go my time is spent redirecting my daughter to the clearance and red tag items. ud83dude42

i received my cancer treatment at claire’s and i mean i don’t have cancer anymore but my teeth are falling out :)

When I went here last year to get my second lobe holes they pierced one of them so crooked that it was digging into my head/back of ear. It got so swollen I had to take it out and go get it repaired later at a different place. Dissapointed.
