My fiancé bought my ring here before Covid hit and he proposed to me in June. I loved the ring so much but unfortunately after awhile of me wearing it I discovered I’m allergic to nickel, which is added to white gold. Although this was no fault of Zales the assistant manager, Victoria, helped me find a new ring. It was a long process as platinum is much more expensive than white gold. (I did not want yellow gold)nVictoria spent a lot of time helping me find the perfect ring in our budget. She was very patient with me throughout the process even though I was pretty picky. I can not say enough good things about Victoria! I will definitely go back to Zales for any other jewelry needs.

My husband and I have been married for 21 years, it was time to upgrade my ring. My bestie and I stopped in at Zales (after 21 years my husband was not interested in helping me pick a new ring) to take a peek and see if there was a ring that I fell in love with. We were greeted by the sweetest lady Lexi. I fell in love with a gorgeous ring yet I wanted a bigger center stone and another band, I wanted to make the ring my own . I wasn't quite ready to make a final decision... Covid hit and the jewelry store shut down the very next day!! Fast forward 6 LONG months.. I went back into Zales and thankfully Lexi was there!! The ring I fell in love with had been discontinued, my heart sank because I absolutely loved that ring! HOWEVER she was able to get 1 in!! We spent a couple of hours today looking at different diamonds and picking the perfect center stone! Lexi and the diamond broker Sherri were absolutely amazing!! I am now the proud owner of a gorgeous ring, I could not have done it without Lexi!!!

I took my Jewelry in to be cleaned. Lexi was very courteous and we had a nice talk about Jewelry and Life. I Love the Zale's at the Valley Mall!!

Zales has a way of finding just the right people to a part of thear staff. At least here at the Spokane Valley store. What they do is not a job, but a talent. Emotions run high and low when it comes to jewellery. Whether it be for vanity,love,or rememberence. Jewelry has and is more than stone and metal. Jewlery carries a life form all its own. The zales family of imployies knows this. It shows in the way they treat everyone that gives them there trust. I've seldom seen people work so hard to make people feel so comfortable. They have to be ecosted when the day is done. I've said all that needs to be said. Go see for yourselves.
