Yoshi is AMAZING! Actually the whole staff of the Spokane Valley Kay Jewelers are awesome! I was greeted almost immediately and even tho all staff were with customers, they still acknowledged me. I went in looking for a gift two different times. I mentioned to Yoshi the I likely wasn’t buying that day but needed to think over the rings. He still took his time and showed me several within my budget. I ended up finding a beautiful ring on the Kay website that wasn’t offered in the store. The pickup experience was efficient. As it was a gift and I didn’t know the exact ring size, we took it in to be sized and Yoshi greeted us again, remembering everything about our previous weeks visit. He made my young daughter feel like a princess and ogled the ring. There were issues with the extended warranty setup, so he did it in store for us. He was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend Kay in the Valley!! We will definitely be doing any future jewelry purchases at that location!

Went into Kay jewelers for an engagement ring 3 weeks ago. What I wanted was needed to be ordered and made. So they took my info to get back to me and purchase once the ring I wanted was done. After patiently waiting I decided to call them as its been 3 weeks. The lady answered the phone and looked me up then got back on and said they could not get stone I wanted.... ?? REALLY!??? So why was I not notified and just left hoping any day I'd have what I ordered. She wanted to call another vendor then needed to ask for my phone number to call me back. When she called back minutes later she had a different cut as an option. Clearly the call she made could have been made in the 3 weeks I anxiously waited. This is a big deal in my life, obviously they do not consider that and only do thier job once called weeks after they get an order. I am so let down. Ill take my hard earned money and buy a ring from a company that cares about the importance of what they are selling.

I went into Kay Jewelers Spokane Valley Mall location. Looked at an engagement ring that I was absolutely interested in. The sales representative there stated they had a 20% discount going on and gave me the price of the ring after the discount. I told her I needed some time to crunch some numbers and she said the offer is only good for 24 hours. Called the very next day right when their store opened and they couldn't honor the 20% discount, because its only good until the end of the Sales representatives shift. The representative then offered a 15% discount, which ultimately made me disappointed, especially since this was my first experience.( was this because their commission based and dont care about their customers?) I will not be purchasing from them, nor recommending them to anyone else. Also my colleague who referred me there will not be returning as a costumer as well.

Got a wedding ring for my wife and they accidentally filed her ring under the wrong name. Was supposed to take 2 weeks to get it resized. It’s been about a month and every other day they are giving us the runaround.

This is the 2nd time I have had to sit and wait for them. Not as in they are busy,like doors closed because they all went to lunch together. No time for return just a note on the door that reads. Sorry we missed you at lunch be back soon. Why can you not stager your lunches? I get it if only one person is working that has not been the case. You are telling me my time is not valuable. Even tried setting an appt on line. They were late to that also because 3 of them went to lunch. Very disrespectful of your customers time. As I right this I have been waiting 33 min. Update waited 45 min as did 4 others. Not thrilled.
