Great experience! After seeing and hearing great things about this place I decided to inquire about resizing a ring here. Even though they were closed I received an almost immediate response to my message. Brought the ring in when they were open next and had a wonderful in person experience as well. Very friendly associates, my fiancé and I genuinely felt welcome. They were super accommodating about a quick turn around time so I could have it ready to wear when I needed it, didn’t charge an unreasonable amount, and they did a beautiful job matching up the unique design of the band making their work invisible. Will recommend them to everyone and be back in the future. Thanks guys!

Our daughter suggested Tracy jewelers and we are so happy we stop by there. Shannon was amazing at helping us decide how to upgrade my 38 year old wedding ring. I could not have imagined it would have turned out so beautiful. Sean did outstanding work and in unbelievable time. I almost cried when I saw it. They both went above and beyond any jewelers we had ever been to. Can’t thank them enough and will definitely be back.... and so will our daughters!! Thanks again for all your help!

love this place infact going back tomorrow hoping they can help me customize some old jewelry into something nice change a battery in watch repair and clean my nuggets and necklace
