So I like leaving reviews for amazing customer service. Upon my 1st entry into the store, I was welcomed by Aaron. He was very friendly, upbeat, and had awesome customer service. I have heard many good things about this place, and I am anticipating what the food will taste like. I ordered a burger ud83cudf54. Can't wait...keep up the good work.

I am very worried about the well-being of the customers and employees because of the COVID-19-related behaviors of this restaurant. The employee preparing my food was not wearing a mask. She was yelling in the restaurant at another employee, and was doing so less than three feet from the food she was preparing. When she noticed me, she put her mask on. But when I turned to leave, she took it right back off. I was attended by two different employees whose masks were both filthy. I am certain that if either of them are sick, it is highly likely anyone eating the food prepared last night could become sick.

We used to order from fat shack a few months ago and the food was amazing. However tonight the food was disgusting at best! The burgers were burned along with the buns! There was wilted lettuce if you want to call it that and enough onions to gross me out. Sadly even the milkshakes were chocolate milk at best! I complained to DoorDash and got a petty 9.02 refund on a $40 meal!!! Please don’t waste your money!!!

Usually order from the one on university tonight I ordered from this particular one in Aurora not only was there a hair in my french fries but there was tomato and my husband’s cheeseburger and he’s allergic to tomatoes Even after we asked for no tomatoes! I wasn’t satisfied. Especially because our two combos were $35 when you order and pay for food the way you want it that’s what you should get and hair in the food is a no for me at any restaurant will not be eating here again!
