Pho is good but the restaurant is so run down... chairs have obvious wear and tear and other little things. The food and service are always good, though. Just wish they would update the furniture to be a bit more comfortable

This place went down hill. I use to LOVE going here. Service was great & food was delicious. While the food is still delicious, the service is terrible. The first couple of times I excused it because I thought maybe they were having a bad day but it has happened multiple times now where we honestly don’t feel welcomed anymore. The young guy rolled his eyes anytime we asked for anything. Didn’t smile once throughout the entire meal and you can tell by his tone he was just annoyed by everything & anything. Really disappointed, I love the food but I won’t be coming back anymore due to terrible service.

My partner and I recently moved to this area, and thought we would try this place. I work in the service industry so customer service is very important to me. Unfortunately we will never try this place based solemnly on the horrible experience We had when we walked in the door, the “host” basically stopped me from walking In and said we have no tables and walked away. She didn’t even inform us how long the wait was or if we were interested in ordering for take out. Fortunately we came to a different pho restaurant and were treated much better. Anyone reading this don’t go to Pho 777 for any reason. First impressions are always important. We would give this place a zero stir review if it was an option.
