John has been a great plumber to work with, he is always available and goes out of his way to meet his customer's needs. He is very friendly and great to work with.nnWe had a leak soon after he came to fix another issue and he graciously covered it under his warranty without charging us to come back and diagnose a new issue. Have used John and his team a few times now for repairs and sewer scopes. Always great, reasonable prices, and shows up when they say they will. Would recommend them to anyone.

We hired Metropolitan Drain Cleaning to clean out our sewer line that was clogged with roots at multiple places. Not only did they clean out the line but came back a second time to use more precise equipment to finish the job free of charge. They kept the job to under an hour and are very reasonably priced. We are very please with their work and integrity. Bruce is the man!

Metropolitan Drain Cleaning rocks!!!nI texted John at 10 pm with an issue with my sewer drain being clogged (roots getting into the pipes). John managed to come early in the next morning. That was a blesssing since we could not use any water in the house, flush or take a shower...nHe did an amazing job (as usual). The clog is gone. Our pipes are clean.nIt was fast and efficient. It is always a huge relief when you find a great professional who can come to your house quickly, do a fantastic job and for a decent price. I cannot recommend John and his company more.

I've hired John at Metropolitan Drain many times to deal with plumbing problems at a rental property. John has always been able to resolve the problem very quickly and at a reasonable price.nnRecently had a hot water heater break, and he was able to get a new one installed in less than 24 hours (on a Saturday) for a very fair price.nnVery pleased with Metropolitan Drain, will continue to use them for all plumbing issues, I highly recommend them.
