I was very relieved to hear that they could come out the very same day that I called. Dustin E. arrived promptly and took great effort to not track any dirt or mud in with his equipment (it had recently snowed). He was able to get our clog cleared and was very courteous too! I will definitely keep this company in mind for future jobs!

Great attentive service. Called Sunday and they were able to be out Monday morning. Our main line had backed up and their quick attentiveness and professionalism was very appreciative. Great pricing and didn’t feel like we were trying to be “sold” on anything we didn’t need. Competitive pricing as well. Paul Walker was our tech, he efficiently explained what he found and what he would recommend. Would definitely use them again!! Thank you!!

We Had Zach Shelley as as our service tech to cap a gas line on an older gas fireplace in preparation to install a new electric fireplace. Zach showed up on time explained the job thoroughly and got to work. He completed the job quickly which required cutting a hole in the drywall. Although this is typically a messy job, Zach covered the work area and then cleaned up the mess. Throughout the process he was friendly and professional. Based on this experience, I can confidently recommend Quality 1st plumbing and heating. Ask for Zach if he’s available. He’s top notch. Well done.

Chris and Josh were very professional and thorough. Their explanation of what was going on, what needed to be improved and how they could accomplish that was great. Being a Quality First Plumbing and Heating Club Member is some of the best money I have ever spent. They called me to say it was time to check our furnace. Our system is getting older so I wasn't surprised when Chris and Josh found that it needed some attention before really cold weather hit. Thank you so much!

I had chose Quality First Plumbing and Heating from a few choices and I'm glad I did! The initial conversation with the secretary and subsequent visit by BLANK were fast, informative, and pleasant. I ended up scheduling on 7/14/2020 for an air conditioning unit, new heater, and some ducting work. The team arrived at 9am; Sam along with Josh and Zach to help move the project along with Ricky and who came by to check on the project. Sam, along with Josh and Zach were incredibly informative about the entire process, keeping me informed on everything they were doing and were pleasant to deal with throughout the job. I know that I will use Quality First for anymore home projects that pop along the way and I highly reccomend giving them a try for your next home project.
