Had a.c. installed of which started having some issues in needing to be fine tuned. But staff was quick with scheduling and techs were very knowledgeable and professional in resolving the issues!
These technician were very professional, informative and walked me through every detail inside and outside they left the inside and outside or my house clean. I'm a technician at Coca-Cola been working for them for almost 29yrs I've worked in sales also i know about customer service and this was a scale or 1 to 10 it was definitely a 10 plus thank you guys so much for the great service I will spread your company name throughout Coca-Cola and my neighbors if they need any service for which your company provides again thank you
They've been out twice. Once for the air conditioning tune up they offered in the spring and now for the furnace tune up in the fall. They found all kinds of things they said needed repair that were unfounded. I Peak heating and plumbing come out and they found nothing wrong with the furnace. Plumb line also came out in the spring and also found everything unfounded and said they were just trying to make money. I got them through American Home Shield so it didn't cost me much. I have used ARS for a long time and am sorry to say they want to make money off unfounded repairs. I'll never use them again. Be sure to get a second opinion before falling through with repairs. Total rip off.
