We had a gas & carbon monoxide leak. Done Plumbing & Heating is always our FIRST CALL for our repair needs. Our over 30 year old furnace needed to be replaced. As always, their expertise was the BEST in the knowledge of the selection of a new furnace, the installation of the furnace & thermostat & the choices available. The team that came to our home were a GREAT group, so friendly, kind and considerate of our home on a snowy day. The office team is repeatedly helpful and friendly as well. We feel we got a great price on our furnace, and incredible service that has never changed since we have counted on DONE Plumbing & Heating. Thanks again!

This is long overdue. I used Done Plumbing earlier this year to install a new AC, furnace, water heater, humidifier, and positemp shower valve. What can I say- they were absolutely incredible. From the quote to the installation, everything was handled professionally and cordially. During the bid process, they spelled out my options clearly and showed me exactly what I could expect. Ben did a tremendous job determining exactly what my house needed to be cooled properly. They thought of everything and were prepared for every curveball that my house had to throw at them. Even their electrician was prepared for a poorly done DIY basement and did an exceptionally clean job running new lines. All the permits were pulled and inspections passed with flying colors and compliments. Keep in mind, this was all completed during the height of COVID. I was sick of dealing with contractors who cut corners and didn't follow through. Done was a breath of fresh air- truly the cadillac of plumbing and HVAC companies, and you get what you pay for- the best. What a good value and investment! My sincere thanks goes to Done for all the work you've completed and will complete for me. This company is run the right way and it shows throughout the entire crew and dispatchers. Thanks again!

Sean (Sales Representative) was Excellent. Very transparent, thorough and clear regarding new system purchase and what to expect during installation.nJack and Aaron (Installation Team) were Great. Very punctual and knowledgeable. Left workspace clean.nEveryone provided Excellent customer service, making this large purchase less stressful.

The plumber, Gilbert, was terrific. He was friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up the job site after he was done. However, I was quite shocked with the total price of the bill. It should not cost over $500.00 to install a kitchen faucet that I provided. Also, I booked the appointment through Team Dave Logan and did not receive the $50.00 discount that is stated on the site advertisement. I would recommend you check prices before dealing with this company and do comparison bidding before approving them to do any work.

Super happy with their service!! Everyone on the phone was more than willing to answer questions and made sure to schedule a service as fast as they could. Jamie was the technician that came to service my furnace and he was extremely professional.
