I have had this system for one year with usage of one to two people and I just tested the water 9/28/20 and it came out with a reading of 0.007 using a zero water tester. I was amazed. I'm on a well in the country and can't say enough good things about this system. Highly highly recommend this system especially with all the chemicals being added to the city water these days. The team members are very knowledgeable and friendly a very good staff and Paul (owner) is awesome in after installation support.

I’ve been very pleased with Water Pros Service. I’ve had filters installed and a softener of which were really needed. Paul Dowding responds right away to calls and sends someone as soon as he can to remedy a situation.nI will continue to use Water Pros because I know my water issues will be taken of in a professional manner.

Water Filtration. Water Pros is a place you can trust for water filtration.nnH2O Source wanted to install a $8,000 system (Way overpriced for a tank with carbon in it). Culligan wanted to install a $2,500 system. Pelican wanted to sell, with no install, a $1,300 system.nnWater Pros looked at my current system and water test and informed me that I did not need to do anything with my current system and it only needed to be programed properly. Paul did this for free for me. If you want someone you can trust call Paul at Water Pros.

I called and told them my water symptoms. They recommended a carbon and UV light filter system installed after my cistern tank. Not only did I spend a small fortune on this system, the problem is still not resolved. I called again explaining the problem is still occurring, they sent out a crew who did nothing and tried to charge me for the service call 2 weeks later. I still have the problem with my water 5 months later.

Gladly giving these guys five stars they do beautiful work and solved my domestic water problem of really hard water with way to much iron. Now we enjoy ultra pure, great tasting water throughout our home.nThank you water pros!
