I've used great floors 2 other times and I'm currently in the process of using them a 3rd time. Their prices are good, but the service has disappointed me lately. 1st experience was good, but the carpet didn't last and we were told it was poorly installed. The 2nd time it took over a week to get someone in our home to take measurements, and the girl who took the measurements didn't have an ounce of professionalism. Wore a summer dress you could easily see through enough to see her thong! No Thanks! I called the store, told them I was not happy with how long it took to get someone out here and after two weeks still had not received a call with a quote. I had to call down there and basically fire her and asked Kristine if she could finish things, which she did very efficiently, and I really appreciated her help with that. Using Kristine again this time, and was told the guy would call and set up a measurement appointment within 24 hours...didn't happen, dang it. Called and of course he's gone for the day. She asked if I'm sure we didn't get a call? Are you kidding me Great Floors?! NO, we didn't get a call. So now we wait, and see if he calls in the morning . Thank you for reading my vent...I think I'm done using this company. I don't like having to watch their every move and hound them in order to get things done. They need some work in the follow thru department and level of professionalism.nTeri Riddle

So far so good, We ordered our new flooring from them. Comparable prices. Lively flooring, GOOD service. it gets put in 3 weeks.

Abysmal customer service—Jonathan said just email or give him a call if we had questions. I ended up emailing him twice for pricing and did not receive a reply either time. Nevertheless, when I returned my samples, I requested an appointment for measurements. Jonathan told me that the associate who would be doing the measurements would call me that afternoon to make arrangements. Days went by and I never heard from either of them. While I am definitely relieved to have had this experience before we paid anything, it was still frustrating.

Worst experience ever, installed the wrong carpet, damaged walls by putting holes in them, carpet wasn't attached to floor, glue spilled on carpet, installer brought a toddler to the install that ran through the house all day putting hand prints on fresh paint. Carpet came off stairs that was glued on, hole in carpet to floor. They came out to reattach the carpet but didn't replace with the right carpet. Two years they kept saying they would make it right, now they offer to pay for paint only. DON'T EVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. Time to go to court.

CROOKS, FALSELY QUOTED ME, one of their project coordinators (Christine Birkerland) give me a price for carpet over the phone, and 20 minutes later she tried to get more than $400. more!!!!nI will also report it in social media, and talked to the Spokane county attorney general.
