This pharmacy is close to my home so I use it, but I'm not too impressed. They're usually either understaffed or slow. 2 or 3 times I've stood there with nobody in line and not been acknowledged for 5-10 minutes. If a solid business is busy, they typically acknowledge the customer to let them know that they have not been forgotten. 2 stars because every interaction is not bad. I guess it depends who is working.
For being the oldest and busiest store. As a customer i find everything i need. As a customer we have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. All we need is a remodel. As an employee i feel we do strive to make our customers coming back for more. If only we get a remodel we would have a better way in serving our customers more efficiently and conveniently.
Very professional on time all the time the ladies that work behind the counter always smile the gentleman behind the counter helpful as the good Lord knows very impressed
My digital coupons never work here & they used to work flawlessly, I'm not a crazy couponer but I do like to use my best customer bonuses and such.
I love everyone one everywhere.. but, this store.
