Wow! Came here from west Centennial to get a passport for my son. I DID read the confirmation wrong and came late. It said 2:00-2:15 but my brain registered 2:15. When I got there the lady was SO rude. At least she could show some sympathy. The whole place was empty but I guess they were booked. I understand being booked but you don't have to be mean about it! I will find a different place!
Don’t bother making an appointment online. Four days in advance just to show up and be told “we already have two 11:15 appointments” How about respecting people’s time and at least displaying the smallest amount of customer service, maybe offer to make it right. Seriously are there no requirements to work here? One employee was eating in the lobby (obviously without a mask on) and saying “somebody lying” when we told him we had an appointment. Don’t waste your time here, the employees have zero desire to actually do their jobs.
I was helped by a gentleman called John and he was so sweet and polite but also very professional.nIt's so rare to get such an amazing service, so its worth it. If you need anything with passports, go there and i hope you will get to meet him. He is funny and energetic.nThank you!

Usually very good service here, however I'm standing 9 deep in line and it hasnt moved in 10 minutes. I came by yesterday, saw the line of 12 (no exaggeration) and left. I dont know if someone quit or got sick but something is not right
