Although the Court Employees are professional and friendly, I was deeply disturbed that a Court Attorney whom was there, in the court room, for a traffic infraction was coughing and clearly very ill. When talking with the Judge about her case she announced that she had Influenza B! She was not wearing a mask and put everyone in the very small court room at risk. I am shocked that a Court of law would put citizen's health at risk for a traffic offense. Absolutely shameful! It appears that this Court Attorney works for Town of Castle Rock, Co. I was unable to stay in the courtroom with my Son regarding his case due to having to leave due to the person with the highly contagious Influenza B coughing everywhere because of my compromised immune system. I will definitely be contacting the Auroras Municipal Courts as well as The Town of Castle Rock! Extremely irresponsible of our Courts and Public Servents!
