I've never had trouble with these guys. They understand the big firms have a ton of projects going and they communicate beautifully. I've never missed one of their inspectors since they actually have the professional decency to communicate with their corporate counterparts.
Phone was answered in a timely fashion. Girl tried to answer all my questions. Only 4 star because she didn't know a lot of answers to questions. She was sweet regardless. Not your normal snotty government transaction. Actually not annoyed. Good job Aurora.

Barb was amazing and took great care to help me figure out a multi family 4 plex permit situation. She was fun, funny and patient with my situation and she really made my day.
