The line for the kiosk was about half the distance from the main entry doors and the kiosk itself and it took 30 minutes to get through. There was an employee assisting customers with the kiosk to help speed up the line. I had no problems renewing even having emissions done immediately prior to arriving at the DMV.
Most people dread going to the motor vehicle office! To my surprise it was a very pleasant experience I was in and out no longer than 15 minutes. The new Express kiosk to renew your tags is very convenient and easy-to-use. Provided you don't need an emissions test done. Fanfreakintastic experience !nMy husband and I just drove by to see how busy they may be on Tuesday at around 10:30 is. We left our home to get emissions and ended up getting our tags too. Not a long wait there either. But the professional personnel at this location welcomed my husband and I with open arms. We had no appointment yet I didn't even have time to find a seat and they called our numbers , they even allowed us to go to the same very informed and professional Amy. Great employee, she was quick, through, very informative and every one from the door upon entry to exit was very pleasant. Never had such a pleasant experience at a DMV- Many Thanks !!!!
