ATTN: EDIT ADDED! This visit was awesome! The front intake staff, Tony, was efficient to get every person handled quickly and in an orderly fashion. A police officer, Krista, was on site and was reassuring to see, all masks in place, mandatory and monitored. My agent, Miss Candace, was extremely polite, friendly, professional, and SUPER welcoming, as I am new to Colorado. She explained all the details of my new registration, and even why it was so expensive, which I understood after she was so thorough to help me with info. I'm happy to see such a smooth running process, and I suggest everyone to make sure to set an appointment in advance for the most outstanding experience! - Lily RainennEdit: just an additional word for the wise: do your research and be prepared! We moved to this state in May 2020. Had to wait a month for the appointment to get our new driver's licenses at another branch. Only after that was accomplished could I register my vehicle from out of state, which was a 3 month wait for THAT appointment, and THIS location was the soonest appointment. Only after reading VERY carefully of what to *prepare* for online from their website, was I able to get this done in the only manner possible during CoVid troubles. Planning & patience are the ONLY ways to succeed, and it went spectacularly!nn(*i.e. Things like know EXACTLY what I had to complete for my car prior to appointment, what to bring to appointment, what I had to plan to get those tasks done elsewhere beforehand, and have ALL documents in one place and ready. CoVid is chaos, but if you are prepared: tasks like this go smoothly!)

So I booked my appointment well in advance. My appointment was at 3:30pm. I had to transfer my out of state registration to Colorado and get a new tag. I walked out the door at 3:47pm. It's best to come prepared with all of your paperwork call ahead of time or go to the website so you know what documents to bring. Overall I was very pleased!

This was perhaps the best and quickest visit I have ever had! If what you need isn't urgent, having an appointment was super convenient! In and out in less than 30 minutes! As well as extremely helpful and polite employees! Thank you!
