I got two pairs of ear rings and paid 50% for the one out of two as per their Buy 1 and get other one at 50% off. Today I went for exchange only one of the pair that my daughter did not like. They exchanged that but instead of charging the difference at per same policy of (Buy 1 and get other one at 50% off), they charged me full for the other item. The cashier, at the register, did acknowledge that it should not have happened but as per her, system was not allowing her to adjust it. Be careful, when you buy stuff through these promotion, it works only at first place!

HORRIBLE SERVICE i was there today and the lady was piercing someone’s ears she took forever and she saw me waiting too she could’ve said I’ll be right with you guys or something and i dont know if it was her boyfriend sitting there near the register but no one eles was there to charge me i waited for 20 mintutes then when she charged me she didn’t even say sorry for the wait or anything how rude never going back.
