Wonderful place to learn of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There is an amazing staff well prepared to answer questions and teach the beliefs of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

SUU Institute increased my knowledge of the gospel. The instruction given at this building was a refugee away from the world. As a full-time student I was able to attend institute in this building, it increased my enjoyment as a student and it gave me balance. I was able to receive worldly instruction at SUU (Southern Utah University) and then I walked a short few minutes to the institute building which gave me heavenly instruction. I truly came to understand the gospel of Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father's Plan. Many questions were answered with the help of kind loving institute professors who tutored and trained me. Through my 5 years as a student at the institute I was able to really understand the scriptures; The bible (Old and New Testament), The Book of Mormon, The Doctrine and Covenants, The pearl of Great Price. There are also student manuals that help prep for class discussion along with church magazines; Ensign, The Friend, The New Era. I have since graduated from Institute I am married and have 3 children of my own. I feel that the instruction I received by attending institute as helped just as much as the majors I received my bachelors degrees in. I learned how to study the scriptures and how to rely on the spirit to find answers. Those tools and skills are vital to my role as a mother. If you are deciding if institute is something worth while in your education career. I am SCREAMING....YES !!!! Take the plunge walk into the building right NOW! Even if it is half way through the semester walk in talk to the lovely secretary staff and sign-up for classes. I can testify that participating in this opportunity of Heavenly instruction will only increase your learning and it will be a help during those hard times of exams and paper deadlines etc. It may be easy to see it as another thing to accomplish or as a separate activity that will take-away from the experience at school. For me it is how and why I got through my undergraduate degree, it gave me clarity and focus. I encourage all to check it out! If you are not an LDS member that is okay come and learn about the gospel of Jesus Christ. All are welcome.
