Staff is nice but don't plan on bringing other siblings they will send them away. We are 9 hrs from home and they didn't mention to us that my daughter wouldn't be able to stay while my son is in here so my husband and daughter have to find a place to stay. Very irritating. Seems like a clean place but can't get past the stupid rules that should be said prior to setting up an appointment.
