Poor service. Heard them talking bad about their patients. The provider Davitto was completely unwilling to be understanding. I was unable to have my sister and my toddler who has separation anxiety in the room with me hence why I brought my sister to watch her in the room. Upon scheduling the Lady who scheduled me said it was OK for me to have my sister and toddler in the room with us. We we’re called back by Raina, Who seemed taken aback by the fact that I was there with my sister and my toddler. She then asked for my sister to leave the room explain what was told by the scheduler and she insisted in a stern tone that it was unacceptable. She caused me severe distress, and when my sister spoke with the office administrator she agreed Raina had been in the wrong and it was unacceptable to talk to patients like that. The provider then came in & was very short and annoyed. Because of his attitude and the way he held himself we decided to walk out. We are calling corporate, if corporate is reading please contact me as soon as possible.
I took my teenage son to the Aurora location due to severe acne. The one and only interaction with the doctor was awful. She spent about 10 minutes with us and gave my son 2 different options. We did the requested bloodwork and never heard back. I called the office a week later and after 15 minutes, I finally talked to someone who said the doctor wanted his bloodwork redone as she was concerned with a certain number. The bloodwork was redone right away. Again no one called us. I called a week later and was told the levels were much better and she would check and see if the doctor was going to call the prescription in to the pharmacy. Again, it has been over a week and no one has called us. Awful customer service as no one communicates with us or call us.
Came in thinking I had ring worm and for some skin tags. I have lots of anxiety about doctors and Dr. Gamble and his team made me feel extremely comfortable.
I called this place a few minutes ago to be seen. They told me I haven’t been seen for three years so I’m considered new. You found my record so I’m not new and if the truth is less important than your process fine. I go it’s $60 without insurance right and she goes no it’s $1XX to $260 without insurance since you’re new. Thankfully I have insurance but what is the point of insurance if you’re going to raise the prices so much that they become more expensive than what they just were without insurance? Situations like this gross me out about the healthcare system especially when providers behave like this. I’ll go back to my normal dermatologist who has fair and consistent prices
Don't ignore the Google reviews for this place. A small mole removal left a horriblely scar from Dr. Johnson. Offering no solution for this scar. Also tried to get some spider veins treated and they've have pushed this appointment 4xs for this treatment. Techs quitting and now a broken machine. Go somewhere else.
