I'm also here to commend Kiko! I talked to Kiko three separate times with multiple questions which he answered thoroughly and honestly. He was happy to send me home with multiple samples and give me a super detailed quote but never pressured me to purchase flooring until I was ready. I would definitely recommend this branch of LL Flooring!
Everyone at the store has always been courteous and helpful. I had a couple issues but they were quickly addressed.
1. The store manager Kiko is amazing! He made the process of buying floors for our first house extremely painless. He was very patient with my many questions and concerns. Sam was also great to work with!n2. We are obsessed with our Edgewater Oak Vinyl floors throughout our house. We were very satisfied with the price and financing options.n3. Installation was fast and beautifully done! They completed everything in 1.5 days.n4. Highly recommend.
Young lady I spoke to was a very professional straight shooter. Questions I asked that she wasnt 100% on she let me know that she was not. Never once tried to mislead me and was the experience was pressure free! Will definitely purchase from this particular store!!!
I have been shopping at Lumber Liquidators in Aurora for few years, and let me tell you, I haven’t find a customer service so well done like this guy’s. They are very knowledgeable and they will guide your towards the right product always. And they usually have better samples them the others store that I’m been. And you can’t beat there price.
