Don’t waste your time! I went twice during business hours and no one was there. I called several times and never received a call back. Clearly, they don’t need business!
Woman on the phone was outrageously rude. Was told that my business was not important and she had someone to talk to in the store. Tried calling back and was greeted with the same short tone. Safe to say my commercial purchase will be going to another vendor.....
Exceptional service and honest people. I couldn't be happier to support a local company that has earned my business for life. They deserve all 5 stars and then some. If you believe in supporting local family business while still getting a great deal for yourself, I highly recommend doing yourself a favor and giving Aurora Carpet Liquidators the opportunity to earn your business too.
We have purchased carpet here a couple of times and plan on going there for future carpet needs. The people there are very helpful. They were able to answer any and all of our questions.
Brigitte and Deana are great to work with. I have used them twice now and their customer service and the deals that they gave me were awesome! I would highly recommend Aurora Liquidators!
