I love the care this office provides! They are always so friendly and informative. They go into detail with the treatment they recommend and have many financing options! I cannot thank Dr. Birk and her amazing team enough for all that they do! A HUGE plus is that they have specialists all in one location too!nnHighly recommend this office for you dental care!

If u cant spend a thousand + they dont care about your teeth. They always want u to spend money. I was told to remove all my wisdom teeth but i decided to remove the 2 bottom ones since I was in pain. Called to make an appointment i was put on hold for 20mins then was told i will get a call back. I never did. I called again and I was told by the receptionist Mia that she'll call me back with the appointment day and time. Again I never got a call back. Front desk is very unprofessional but the dentist was ok. I took my business elsewhere and don't recommend this place.

This is a great dental practice! Dr Birk and Dr. Dommaraju and the staff helps with my special needs (elderly, diabetes, advanced periodontal disease).nThe staff and the equipment at this place is on the cutting edge of modern dentistry. The CAD/CAM crowns are made onsite.nI am also on the 'My Smile' dental plan and it has saved me quite a bit of money.nIn addition to that, the new cad/cam crowns I have are covered if I break/crack one (within a certain time period); so important to me because I grind my teeth in my sleep and add to the lifestyle and culture (crackers/candy) that damages my teeth!

This is the worst place ever!! Unprofessional customer care, incompetent dentists, and I would not recommend them to any one.nnAll they care is about money. I initial went there with braces I wore for about 8 months from a different facility. They recommended I needed to have my brackets and braces removed, replace with new ones, follow up with treatment for 14 months, and then removed. As recommended, they removed my previous brackets and braces, and replaced with new ones. On the process they ended up damaging my teeth, and the alignment begun to get worse.nnIts been 14 months, and I am left with gaps, toothache, and disappointed.nnThey told me that my orthodontist was no longer visiting that facility, so they transfer me to a different location, to continue treatment. But when I went there the staff told me, they will have to remove the brackets and braces and put on a new one, for second time, with additional cost of $720, In addition to the remaining balance.nnI am concerned my tooth will be damaged farther in the process of removing my braces, especially after reading negative reviews about the new facility is incompetent, and reluctant to pay additional fees. I am so disappointed, lost my money, and left with pain, and damaged tooth. I don’t know how the damage is going to be in the long run. The staff is unable to resolve the matter, so as of now I have cancel my contact with them, and I am on the process of looking for better places
