Lack luster. Good food bad service
I placed an order they told me 20 minutes. 45 minutes later my pizza hadn't arrived so I called and my order didn't exist or they had no record of it. After being on hold they were able to find it. An hour later my pizza had arrived. I got a call saying I would have a credit for the amount I paid since I had so many problems with them. Tonight I tried to use the credit only to be told they don't give credits. Horrible customer service and pizza was 40 minutes later than what I was told. I will not be using this location ever again
This is the best Papa John's in Colorado! The staff is awesome. They treat customers the way they should. I thought common courtesy was dead. Thanks for the best pizza.
I love my neighborhood Papa John’s. They are fast with delivery. If you have an issue with though order they will help correct it for you! Food is great, service is absolutely wonderful, definitely recommend these guys. Thank you Papa Team for everything you do!!
The guy with the man bun making the pizza wasn't wearing a mask or gloves and the lady at the front had her mask around her chin. Took 5 minutes to get acknowledged and I was the only person in there. Yikes for this location!
