This used to be such a great location but in the last month the quality gone EVEN MORE downhill SIGNIFICANTLY. Problems such as missing food, ordered bacon sandwiches have no bacon, extremely long wait times. Not sure what happened but it seems like management needs TO EXIST. what's with the huge pile of receipts on your drive-thru window that's so overwhelming you can't even find my receipt?

The food is always good but what I have an issue with is anyone running the cash register then going to handle food without changing their gloves. This happened a lot during our 15 minute wait for food today. The manager was too busy to talk to about it. The kid had his gloves half off, itching his neck and pulling his shirt and rubbing his hat all with his half on half off gloves. Then was asked to help on the line making food. Change your gloves!! Especially now during a pandemic...come on guys, get it together! This is never acceptable!!

This store uses to be good. My most recent trip here was a 20 minute wait in the drive thru only to get the wrong order and cold fries. It sucks because its right across the street but I won't be coming back to this store again.

I understand we came near closing time (about 40 minutes before they closed) but it is still pretty ridiculous how messed up our order was. They missed 3 items completely and the items they did put in the bags weren't even made correctly. For example, I ordered a #4 Homestyle chicken sandwich meal and got a lukewarm sandwich with only chicken, a tomato, and mayo. That was it. Most of our other items were similar and were either not made correctly or were not very fresh. Wish I could've went back to get a refund.

I love Wendy's. I used to work for Wendy's. This is the WORST store I've ever been too. It didn't used to be this bad, but it has recently just hit rock bottom. I LITERALLY live across the street from it and I would rather go to a further location now than use it for convenience. The customer service has gone down the drain, and my order is ALWAYS missing something or WRONG. I have asked multiple times for a Jr. Hamburger, which doesn't come with cheese, and gotten it WITH CHEESE. My mother does not eat cheese on burgers. Do you know how FRUSTRATING it is to get home time and time again and finally have to tell her to just deal with it because I'm tired of trying to get it fixed!? SUCH a let down as a former Wendy's employee. And to have staff PURPOSELY make you wait for food just because you noticed you had food missing and asked for them to get it... wow. Just awful.
