This location has improved greatly since I began going there 9 months ago.nManagement has worked to improve customer service and overall experience quality. The staff has also improved greatly in their customer service and attention to detail. The wings have always been fresh, hot and made to order.

Axhel was the cashier who helped me, he had amazing customer service and even bagged my order, you could tell he really cares about treating the customers respectfully, I’m definitely coming back! Word of advice ; get the lemon pepper! It’s delicious!!!

In App orders project a time of over an hour and they are still a 15-20 minute wait beyond that. I met the owner when he first established this location. He better pay attention. His services and the quality of his product have slipped badly.

The only reason I even put 2 stars is because the food is good. But the women that work there are awful. Unfortunately this location is so close to my house too. Every time I go the employees are mad you want to order... they try to make the wait seem longer so you just don’t order anything. They get so mad when you ask for extra sauce (I don’t see why considering I have to pay for it!!!!) and last time I gave the girl $3 and she just walked away came back and literally threw the ranch into the bag I’m surprised it didn’t break open and I didn’t get change. Not that I need the change but if you want to act like that I should get the change.

I've been eating Wingstop since before they were a franchise. The original location in Garland, TX on NW Hwy was our weekly stop after bowling. I've eaten a lot wingstop. My order from this location last week was the worst I've ever had. I ordered a family pack, one of the flavors was garlic parmesan, which are my favorite. I've never had such bland wings. There was a dusting of parmesan, but otherwise almost no flavor. I had to shake garlic powder and salt on them to make them worth eating. The other flavors were better, but still not up to what I am used to. The fries were also flavorless. I love wingstop, but, it's too expensive to take a chance on getting subpar food, I won't be back to this location.
