The slowest CVS. They gossip about people ( customers) right behind the counter after they leave. I have my Dr electronically send my prescriptions which conveniently are never ready for days and they “ don’t have them” I switched to another store and I’ve had not ONE issue. Don’t waste your time with this pharmacy.

Ordered 90 day refill from automated system. When I asked when it would be ready for pick up, the system said it was already picked up. In the 30 seconds since being ordered? Called pharmacy, they told me I only had a 30 day refill available. Doctor wrote a one year prescription August 2019. How can a prescription for one year run out in May 2020? They said it was converted to 90 day after filling a 30 day one time. They have filled a 90 day twice (6 months) which totals 7 months. How can there only be one month left? They need to take a math class. Also tried to tell me the doctor only wrote a 9 month prescription, which is false. UHC hounds it's members to convert to CVS. Got tired of UHC hounding me so left Costco. Not worth the CVS issues and on top of that, I now pay more. Also, any time I go to pick up a prescription, they can't find it because they don't file it by patient name.

Went to pick up my prescriptions and the young guy working the pharmacy desk was incredibly rude. This is the second or third time I've dealt with this particular person and every time I've had him help me he has been rude and snarky. Apparently the pharmacy closed at two this particular day because it was memorial day. I had no way of knowing they would be closing that early and I got to the pharmacy counter at 1:55. My prescriptions were already ready, all he had to do was grab them from right behind where he was standing and ring me up but he refused saying the pharmacy was closed. After this experience I will no longer be using this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. Now I have to go without my medication until tomorrow because of this guys unwillingness to do his job. And it seems a bit ridiculous for the pharmacy to close so early when the rest of the store is still open.

The pharmacists here are great. There is little if any wait time and they go above and beyond in helping you not only figure out little details, how to get meds when traveling, and did I mention that they want to help you save every penny you can? They are super friendly and I don't think I've ever had a pharmacist anywhere else be so helpful.
