Fire Fox Fireplace Service did an outstanding job repairing our gas fireplace, and the price was incredibly fair. Ron was professional and courteous. More importantly, he was *honest!* He diagnosed the problem, explained our options, and made the repairs. I never felt like Ron pushed repairs or replacement parts I didn't need. I would use Fire Fox again in the future, and I would highly recommend Fire Fox to others.

Ron came in and did a lot of talking about his expertise and about how a fireplace runs. He left without fixing my problem.

Very honest and prompt. Explained the work that needed to be done and was very efficient in completing what needed to be fixed. Fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their fireplace or gas grill serviced.

The service was good but I have found cheaper alternatives locally to service my gas fireplace. He also indicated my unit was nearing the end of its life when actually it should be good for another 10 years with routine maintenance.

He is very through in his explanation about the unit and its functions. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Excellent work!
