I called GE Monogram Expert around 6:30 pm and got a call back within 10 minutes. The repairman named John came to my house around 7:45 pm and gave me an estimate. The repair fee was fair and John was Awesome! I would recommend this company to anybody! I am very happy with their fast turn around, price, 3-month guarantee, and great staff! Thanks, GE Monogram Expert!

I have used Barnes at GE Monogram Expert several times and each time he did an outstanding job at fixing my problem...twice on my dishwasher (with many days between services), once on my oven, and once on my freezer. His rates are very reasonable. He is not out to overcharge you. He is prompt, polite, and professional. I highly recommend him.

I called Paul at GE Monogram Expert repair of my washing machine. Best move ever! He came out and not only quoted a price but then fix the machine for the quoted price though the job was difficult and required extra time and bolts etc . he also fixed my refrigerator. He kept us informed about what he was doing and gave me tips on preventing damage to my dryer. He has an above excellent knowledge of the machinery. I recommend his service. I know he will be my first call should I have other appliance problems.

After having problems with others I contacted Jackson at GE Monogram Expert. From start to finish a GREAT Experience!!! Jack, the service Technician was knowledgeable and pleasant. My 15-year-old GE Profile Performance refrigerator/freezer was not cold enough. I called GE Monogram Expert after reading Google reviews. Within 24 hours Gonzalez came out to defrost/clean the condenser, replace 2 heater assembly units and thermostat. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable service at a reasonable price. Gonzalez also provided a next-day follow-up to insure the appliance was running smoothly. I absolutely recommend GE Monogram Expert!
