It just wouldn't be Christmas if I didn't shop at Cracker Barrel. I like their food, but it's all about the shopping there for me. They have really unique things that you can't find anywhere else. I could really wander for hours through that store. And the prices are more than fair, in fact less than a lot of places, for Christmas related items particularly. But I tell you what - today, this afternoon, the ladies helping out on the retail side were absolutely Fabulous!!! They have multiple themed Christmas ornament trees. I saw an ornament and didn't initially pick it up, and then decided I wanted it, and couldn't find it. One of those lovely girls looked at least twenty minutes for it. Several of them helped me throughout the process, and the service was just topnotch- pleasant, kind and smiling throughout. How refreshing. Thank you all!!

We were absolutely beyond satisfied with everything! The Greeter, Our Waiter who was very attentive, the Lady that Checked us out and the lady that checked us out again because how can you go to the Cracker Barrel and not pick up some goodies from the Country Store! This is by far my very Favorite place to eat! Always has been and always will be! I've been going to this location pretty sure since it opened. Never been here without a positive experience! Had an enjoyable breakfast Sunday November first! So enjoyable we weren’t aware of patrons patiently waiting outside. I approached the manager complementing her on the food but suggested maybe they find a way to let us know inside about the wait outside. She got very rude and said it’s not like we can put a time frame on people inside eating breakfast. My feedback is to be open to feedback. I wonder if a running clock inside “estimated wait time” would be subtle enough to remind people to eat and move on. Either way Cracker Barrel should not assume all suggestions are a put down. I truly wanted to help.
