Wow I was shocked! Been here twice now and I absolutely think there food is amazing. You must try the mushrooms, I think that's my favorite side dish. The Mac n cheese was a little different compared to other steak restaurants but it was delicious. I actually work in the area so it's works really well for me to enjoy a nice steak dinner without having to drive so far.

One of the employees, a nice handsome latino man (I think he said his name was Aroma? I cant quite remember) let me borrow his Lamborghini and mansion while he was making my burrito. He said that he had to hand select the finest rice, took the meat right off the cow and hand made the marinate using the finest selection from the local grocery market (to support small businesses.) He went above and beyond for my order to ensure my experience was top-notch and wouldn't settle for anything less. A group of robbers even came in, but him being the heroic man he is by nature, fought all of them off to save me and my wallet. A truly wonderful man.

I was one of those problem customers trying to relay an order from my roommate while on the phone. The staff was great. Got our orders right, they were patient, offered extras to make sure I had everything, and got me checked out quickly. Got home and the food was amazing as always. Roommate was happy, too, which is a rare bonus! Thank you, Chipolte!

This is the second time we have received an order that was missing items and prepared wrong when they are included. We were missing both drinks we ordered and the quesadillas we ordered with chicken did not include the chicken. No one answered the phone when I called three times after our order was delivered. I would not recommend ordering online from this particular store as they have proven twice now that they are incapable of reading and checking to make sure the order is correct. The last time, when someone actually answered the phone, their solution was for me to go pick up the missing items thereby negating the whole purpose of ordering delivery. I will not return to this store for any orders in the future.
