Thomas answered call himself, set appointment, was punctual, professional, efficient. Charges hourly so we were able to have him check a couple of other possible issues while he was here, including our water pressure, leaky spigot (just needed some tightening). Was very helpful, and we'll definitely call him the next time we need a plumber!

I saw this guy's truck in the parking lot at Home Depot and approached him. I had a leaky shower tub and was actually leaving Home Depot with two different kinds of adhesives. I saw a plumber truck and needed advice on what to do. I thought, maybe this guy will help. Turned out to be a super nice guy! He steered me clear of using any adhesive and even gave me an extra PVC tee that he had with him and explained how to actually FIX the problem. He said that I could probably pull it off, but if I needed help to give him a call. His advice was golden and two months later, as I write this review, the fix is still good. This guy cares about other people and isn't just out for the money. This is the exact opposite of what you see from names like Applewood, who will straight up rip you off. Please do yourself a favor and call this guy. You will thank me later.

Called at 8 am about a clogged shower. Thomas answered right away was able to come to my house by 9 am! Very professional and fairly priced! Wonderful experience!

Fantastic service arrived quickly and completed the job quickly. I now have a plumber that I can trust and is very responsibly priced. I will definitely keep using them.

i was in need of a sprinkler repair job and having a difficult time finding anyone who could schedule me much less do the job. Thomas the owner was very reliable in setting up a day and time to come out and complete the job in a professional manner. Highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking for reliable sprinkler repair at a reasonable price.
