Kind and caring doctors and staff. We really appreciate the time and care they took to make our pet and us feel comfortable during our time of sadness. The kindness they showed allowed us to say goodbye to our loved family member in our own time, when we were ready. They made a heart breaking moment feel peaceful. Thank you for the kindness that you showed us and Bella.

The people here were so extremely friendly, honest and helpful in a time were I was very scared and vulnerable for my pets wellbeing. I will be coming back here any time I need care for my fur baby and would highly recommend them. They could have pushed more tests and money on me to pay but instead they were so transparent with the outcome and letting me know it was not necessary. They helped me feel very confident that I was taking the proper steps to help my dog and seemed extremely knowledgeable. Even gave me a tip about something while just checking to make sure she was stable for our emergency visit. The texting option and parking curb-side options were very organized and helped me feel as though I was being helped in a timely manner.

This place is amazing. I had to put my lil dog to sleep a few weeks ago and they were nothing but KIND. I called at 11:30 pm and because of COVID I was told to call when I got there & someone would meet us in the parking lot. Upon arrival I called and someone was there within a few minutes. They took us into a room where you get to stay with the dog until the end. They gave us time to say our good-byes and then put her to sleep. After it was over, they told us we could stay as long as we needed. They showed more care and compassion for my dog than my human Dr. does for me.

My cat was attacked by a large dog. We called two places while driving, trying to figure out where to rush him to. Both places before Community Pet Hospital would not take him in, in a timely manner. We called CPH and they immediately accepted us, brought him into their facility as soon as we arrived, and had him stable within minutes of arriving. I was an emotional mess, and the staff were still able to communicate with me both professionally, and in a comforting manner.nnThey were upfront about pricing with me before they proceeded with anything, walking back and forth between our car and their facility multiple times to make sure I knew what was going on with him every step of the way, and every cost was explained beforehand. I greatly appreciated this.nnThe staff was knowledgeable, understanding, thorough, and attentive. They were extremely friendly, and had phenomenal communication skills. The vets know what they are doing, and my boy is always in a good mood when he leaves their facility, so I know they treat him well even when i'm not inside to see how they treat him.nnIt doesn't seem like covid has gotten these individuals down. I know other facilities are struggling to adjust in several ways to the obstacles that the pandemic has presented for them, but these people haven't skipped a beat. Our emergency experience with this place was unfortunate in nature, but because of how much he loves them, and how attentive, friendly, and professional they all are, I will only be taking my cat to them from now on. Out of the three places I've had to take my cat in order to deal with all of his injuries with the dog attacking him, this is the place I trust the most. These are the people who listen, care, and do not act too busy to hear my concerns and help me with his care plan. This is the facility that doesn't make me feel like they're only after money.nnThank you for being so good to us, especially in a time where he needed a medical staff to care for him like mom does. You guys are awesome, and I have so much appreciation for all of you for handling everything so well, even with the chaos of covid.nnI highly recommend this facility.
