My experience was great! Debbie helped me and she did a great job of greeting me. She also cleaned my area I placed my necklace and made sure to take good care of me! I did go in on a Wednesday and it helped. They're are only 8 people including staff allowed inside so plan accordingly!

Zales is Number 1 when it comes to super service,and great knowledge about what piece of jewelry is what your looking for for that special occasion,or to buy yourself a nice piece for yourself.The associates are so helpful and really go the extra mile.I dont shop at any other jewelry store.I have such nice jewelry.Thanks Zales.Happy Holidays.ud83cudf1eud83cudf1eud83dude4b‍♂ufe0f

Horribly rude and not understanding at all. Trying to explain my situation she and another girl were laughing about it on the phone. With absolutely no useful information.

Great store. But I don't think the sales personnel should talk politics with customers.

I love this store... But I can't stand the associates. Especially the 2 older Caucasian women who work at the Orchard location. They always greet my husband and myself with such animosity? Maybe it's because we are an interracial couple and have tattoos and piercings? Whatever the reason I always feel so unwelcomed when those two associates are there.
