Secure American Insurance

We have been with this company for over 5 years, and they are very slow to respond. Have not responded to a $17K audit invoice in over 3 weeks of continuous emails and calls. DO NOT USE SECURE AMERICAN INSURANCEnnI tried to reach out to my agent for 3 weeks via email and phone calls, after posting this negative review within 1 hour she finally called.nnIn response to their response - We paid our bill IN FULL, she DID NOT offer a payment plan, all I wanted to do was speak to her regarding why the amount was so outrageous. We are happy to pay our bills but expect an agent that will respond in a timely manner - meaning 2 to 3 business days.

I would highly recommend the team at Secure American Insurance. As a broker they are able to provide me with insurance options that fit my current needs while also fitting my budget. Not only do I have the great experience of having options for my insurance, they also provide excellent customer service. My phone calls and emails are responded to quickly with a kind and genuine response. I couldn't ask for a better agency!
